Custom & Bespoke Orders
All custom-made and tailored dresses are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. This is because each piece is uniquely created to your provided measurements and design preferences.
Alterations
We offer minor alterations where necessary to ensure a perfect fit. Alteration requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Ready-to-Wear Items (If Applicable)
Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- No damage or stains are present
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for prompt resolution.
